A new Web site launched Wednesday, Weyerhaeuser Hardboard Siding Class Action Settlement, as part of a court-ordered supplemental notice program in the court-approved settlement involving Weyerhaeuser brand hardboard siding. The site is part of a series of notices intended to inform those who own or previously owned properties with the siding that if they have qualified claims for siding damage, the first deadline for claim forms is Dec. 22, 2003.
