The American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section has unveiled e-Dicta, a portal for Internet law and insurance resources. This is a true mega-site, combining original content and links to other Web resources to create a one-of-a-kind resource. Among the many sections are ones that focus on law and insurance, Internet risk and insurance, insurance fraud, “neoethics,” and technology. Special sections look at emerging issues such as mold, medical malpractice and terrorism insurance.

A unique feature of the site’s home page is a collection of headlines from legal news sources and blawgs powered by Daily Whirl. I am proud to say that LawSites is among the featured blawgs.
