[Off-topic] Mass. court strikes blow to protection of journalists’ sources

Off topic for this blog, but over at my other blog, Media Law, I report on a decision from the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court that marks another in a recent string of legal blows to reporters’ protection of confidential sources.
