The trial consulting firm DecisionQuest launched a completely revamped Web site yesterday, featuring the addition of hundreds of articles, trial tips and research reports drawn from decades of consulting.

Among the documents now available on the site:

  • Several surveys conducted in recent years, including one from 2004 conducted with Reuters that showed that most Americans had lost trust in their leaders over the preceding four years.
  • Nearly 100 articles on various aspects of trial preparation, such as, “Bridging the Juror Information Gap: Five Best Practices for Learning More About Jurors.”
  • Four years’ worth of “Questions of the Month,” answering questions that include, “Should a witness make eye contact with the jury?”
  • Forty Trial Tips, tackling such matters as the recommended length of an opening statement.

DecisionQuest is owned by Bowne.
