I reported a month ago that the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, in cooperation with Suffolk University Law School, had begun the testing phase of broadcasting its oral arguments live over the Web. The webcasts move out of testing tomorrow, with live arguments scheduled to be webcast May 2, 3, 5 and 6 starting at 9 a.m. EST. A schedule and brief summary of the court cases to be broadcast are available on the site.
