Today we launched the inaugural program of Coast to Coast, a weekly legal news podcast cohosted by J. Craig Williams and I and produced by the Legal Talk Network. In our debut broadcast, we interview new ABA President Michael S. Greco about the challenges and goals for the ABA over the next year. We also talk with Duke Law Professor Erwin Chemerinsky about the Supreme Court decision in Kelo v. New London.
