The folks over at rethink(ip) aren’t just blogging about IP law, they’re doing something about it.

A few weeks ago, they created RSS feeds for all news items and notices released by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. There are five feeds:

Then today they announced their creation of an RSS feed that provides timely information regarding filings for patent lawsuits in US District Courts. “The new RSS feed covers US patent lawsuit filings,” they wrote. “We plan to update the feed at least weekly — an interval that we expect will deliver value in a timely manner. Each item in the feed will contain information on the lawsuits filed in the prior period (e.g., the past week). For each individual lawsuit, the names of the parties, name of the district court, and the case number.”
