Where does your law school rank in faculty, students and job placement? A new Web site offers answers. Called Leiter’s Law School Rankings, it is produced by Brian Leiter, Joseph D. Jamail Centennial Chair in Law at the University of Texas School of Law, in association with the prolific folks at Law Professor Web Services.

The site’s creators aim to make it the premier Internet site for law school rankings, expecting it to be of interest to prospective, current and former law students, among others. It includes two new law school quality rankings — of law faculty and law students — and expands and redesigns the rankings material formerly maintained on the University of Texas School of Law Web site.

One quibble: The site uses Google search, but for some reason it returned no results when I searched law school names that I knew to be included, such as “Harvard” and “Yale.”
