Silicon Valley law firm Cooley Godward Kronish opened an office in Boston this week, the Boston Business Journal reports. The office is staffed entirely by lawyers who were all once with Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, a Boston technology firm that dissolved in 2005. More details in Cooley’s press release.
