You are so right on. To me one of the most important points you make is that "markets are conversations." Beyond the implications for CLE, attorneys need to get that with respect to their own marketing. We've long known that the best clients come from personal referrals. Now those "personal referrals" can come from online interactions. Many of the conversations that 20 years ago occurred face-to-face are happening online. Yes! You are so right on. I wasn't there but in review of it, I feel like I could have been. Did you also consider areas around interactivity and experience? It seems that CLE as stand-alone sessions will be less favored than interactive and experiential education that could be interwoven into applications and other things attorneys do and use.
