I don't know why peanut butter and jelly are considered an "obvious match." But I hold that truth to be self-evident. Which is my point. I had not seen the peanut butter and jelly post. Thanks for the heads up on a great post by Martha. However, I think Ron improved upon the analogy...made me want to run out and buy a Reese. Better still it brought to mind the vacation in Puerto Morelos, MX a few months back where the posada I stayed at offered a continental breakfast of bread, fruit, coffee, peanut butter AND chocolate spread!
