The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court today published a proposed rule that would broaden the use of technology in the state’s courtrooms and that would address the rights of bloggers and citizen journalists — as well as of traditional journalists — to use technology and video in the state’s courtrooms. The court is seeking public comment on the proposed rule.

I have more information and the text of the proposed rule at my Media Law blog.
