BriefMasters, a service that writes briefs and other documents for lawyers, is noted here, here, and probably elsewhere, following its mention on TechnoLawyer. Such services are neither new nor unique — in fact they seem to be springing up with increasing frequency. I have written before about one of the more successful of these companies, Legal Writing Success, founded by former Philadelphia litigator Robert Unterberger. Others that I happen to have on my bookmark list include BriefHelp.com, LawRite, Legal Research Center, Legal Research Service of Maryland, National Legal Research Group, Quo Jure Corp., and LegalScope Research. And, guess what, I do some of it myself.
