The March issue of Law Practice Management, the magazine of the American Bar Association’s Law Practice Management Section, includes an article I wrote about ethics sites on the Web. (The magazine is out in print, but has not showed up yet on the LPM Web site.) One of the sites I reviewed was Ethics and Lawyering Today, an electronic newsletter highlighting ethics developments, edited by attorneys William Freivogel, Chicago, and Lucian Pera, Memphis, Tenn.

As it turns out, Freivogel, who is senior vice president, loss prevention, at Aon Risk Services, Chicago, maintains a second, related site, Freivogel on Conflicts, “a practical online guide to conflicts of interest for lawyers with sophisticated business and litigation practices.” This is an online treatise discussing conflicts of interest in a range of scenarios and tracking current caselaw on the topic. It is a useful and informative site, well worth exploring.
