The Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations is the nation’s only institution of higher education offering a full four year undergraduate program in industrial and labor relations, as well as various advanced degree programs. For practitioners, the most useful part of its Web site comes from its Catherwood Library. Its fully searchable electronic archive includes a range of materials relating to employer-employee relationships, including key government documents and public policy papers, all available free of charge. The library’s Kheel Center features labor history materials. Also available through the ILR site is its journal, Industrial and Labor Relations Review. Although the full text is not here, the site includes each issue’s table of contents and synopses of articles.
