Launched in 2003, eDICTA is the “mega site” of the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association. Part e-zine, part portal, it is a comprehensive and broad-ranging guide to resources on the TIPS Web site and elsewhere on the Internet. It features an extensive collection of legal links, direct access (for TIPS members) to section newsletters, and pages devoted to emerging issues in tort litigation such as mold, medical malpractice and tort reform. Addition sections focus on legal technology, ethics, law students and young lawyers, and CLE. The news page includes legal news from selected law-related Web logs.
