The blog Fast Mediator is making no fast friends in the blogosphere. It contains multiple posts taken word-for-word from other people’s blogs, without attribution. Two bloggers, Diane Levin, author of Online Guide to Mediation, and Tammy Lenski, author of MediatorTech, have asked the owner of the blog, Golden Media, a marketing firm for the dispute resolution industry, to remove their material, so far without success.

Fast Mediator describes itself as being in beta, so let us hope that this is a glitch. But if you write a blog related to mediation, you should check to see if your posts are here.
