Does the U.S. need any more law schools? That is the topic we discuss this week on our legal-affairs podcast Lawyer2Lawyer. The National Law Journal recently reported that as many as 10 new law schools are in the works, most of them on the East Coast. We discuss whether they are needed with guests Erwin Chemerinsky, founding dean of the Donald Bren School of Law at UC Irvine, and Thomas F. Guernsey, president and dean of Albany Law School.
