In a post here recently, I mourned the death of Peter Nordberg, creator of the website Daubert on the Web and of the related blog, Blog 702, both devoted to the Supreme Court’s seminal opinion on expert evidence. Now I note the launch of a new blog devoted to tracking legal developments on the Daubert decision, Daubert Uncensored.

The blog is written by John Sear, a product-liability defense partner in the Minneapolis office of the law firm Bowman and Brooke. According to a post announcing the blog, the blog is targeted at corporate executives and in-house counsel, for whom it will provide news and commentary on Daubert cases and trends across the country.

Postings so far are infrequent. There is a need for good coverage of this topic, so let’s hope the pace picks up.
