The ABA Law Practice Management Section is holding its fall meeting this week on beautiful Cape Cod. I am speaking Friday at 9:15 a.m. on the topic, “Web Site 201: Ditch the Tired (and Ineffective) Old Web Site.” Friday features a line-up of great speakers on smartphones for lawyers, Google for lawyers, avoiding malpractice and law firm finance.

On Thursday at noon, in conjunction with the fall meeting, the LPM Section’s eLawyering Task Force is presenting a free program, eLawyering and the Future of Legal Work. That program will be held at UMass School of Law in Dartmouth.

Online registration for the Cape Cod meeting is now closed but registration will be available onsite. The meeting is being held at the Wequassett Resort & Golf Club in Chatham.
