This week brought the arrival of two different blogs, one devoted to law practice management and the other to legal technology.

Today, LexisNexis launched the blog Matters of Practice, written by contributors from its Law Firm Practice Management group.   According to today’s introductory post, the blog’s goal “is to offer new perspectives and share opinion pieces from people known for their innovative approach to common problems.”

Last week, Burke & Company and Legal IT Professionals launched Legal Technology Observer, a blog that will exist for only six weeks. During that time, the blog will seek to provide “practical knowledge about legal technology, eDiscovery, and social media.” Staff from Burke & Company, a PR and marketing firm, will contribute to the blog, as will various featured experts.
