For my weekly Law Insights program on Litera TV last week, I interviewed Judy Perry Martinez, the president of the 400,000-member American Bar Association.

We talked about how she and the ABA have responded to the pandemic, including with her appointment of the Task Force on Legal Needs Arising Out of the 2020 Pandemic and, just last week, the Coordinating Group on Practice Forward.

We also discussed her thoughts on the pandemic’s impacts on the profession, the justice system, and access to justice.

Below is the video of our interview.
