Mark Cohen is a true thought leader in the legal world. An accomplished litigator at both the U.S. Department of Justice and in private practice, he turned his attention to the business of law nearly 20 years ago, founding one of the first legal process outsourcing companies and then cofounding innovative law company Clearspire.

He is now a legal business consultant through his firm Legal Mosaic and regular contributor to Forbes. He is also now taking on a new role, as executive chairman and cofounder of the Digital Legal Exchange.

Cohen joined me yesterday on my Law Insights program on Litera.TV for a conversation about why he believes COVID-19 will turbocharge legal industry transformation. He also provided a sneak peak at the Digital Legal Exchange, which is slated to be formally announced next week.

Watch our conversation below.
