I was fortunate to have Nicole Black join me earlier this week for my Law Insights show on Litera.TV, where we discussed recent legal ethics opinions relating to COVID-19 and also talked about the essential tech every lawyer should have for working remotely.

Niki is a Rochester, N.Y., attorney, author and journalist, and she is the legal technology evangelist at the practice management software company MyCase.

Niki is the author of the ABA book Cloud Computing for Lawyers, co-author of the ABA book Social Media for Lawyers: the Next Frontier, and co-author of Criminal Law in New York, a Thomson Reuters treatise.

She writes legal technology columns for Above the Law and the ABA Journal and speaks regularly at conferences regarding the intersection of law and technology.
