After I reported earlier today that Litera had withdrawn its employees from attending ILTACON next week, the company issued the following statement.

“After assessing the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in the US, it is with regret that we have decided that our team will not be attending ILTACON 2021 in Las Vegas. We apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience this decision causes. We believe this is the right action to take, given the circumstances.

“Our team will be in touch with many of you in the next couple of days, and we have several new and exciting things to share. Please join us tomorrow, August 19th, at 10:00 am CT for our CEO Executive Briefing.

“Don’t worry. We will still be at ILTACON virtually. We will be putting all our effort into the online platform. You can visit Litera here to find out how to connect with us.

“We look forward to seeing you on the virtual ILTACON platform next week!
