The latest issue of ADR Online Monthly has been posted by the Center for Information Technology and Dispute Resolution at the University of Massachusetts/Amherst. The issue features all ADR Cyberweek 2003 sites and materials, as well as an article by Mohamed Wahab, University of Cairo law professor, “Globalisation and ODR: Dynamics of Change in E-Commerce Dispute Settlement.“
