Wisconsin court officials are putting together a Web site and developing a set of divorce forms for people who want to represent themselves in divorces, the Watertown Daily Times reports.
“They hope the forms, to be available statewide, will allow divorcing couples to avoid spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on lawyers and avert problems in the courtroom.”
Officials expect to launch the site by spring. [Another report: Web site will help in divorce process.]

Meanwhile, several Wisconsin counties and judicial districts have had forms and other useful online information points for pro se folks for a while now.
For example, see: http://www.countyofdane.com/clrkcort/clrkhome.htm (Dane County Clerk of Courts: listing forms, FAQ’s, glossary, and more),
