GovNet, a legislative tracking service based in Harrisburg, Penn., has acquired the subscription-based, state government news service Capitolwire from The Associated Press, effective at the close of business on April 8. Capitolwire provides state capital news and legislative tracking information to trade associations, lobbyists and other professionals.
